Discarded or used foam are pulled down piece by piece by crusher.Then the crushed foam are shaped into round grains through grinding machine. The particle shaped materials and powder produced in this processing will be sent to De-duster.Through this separating device with screw rod, the powder and the grains are separated in the vacuum state. Then the separated powder will be sent to filter station and well-stored. And the usable grains will be send to the silo in mixer with those fresh materials. After mixing according to the required proportion of the products, the mixed materials will be sent back to the material cage and wait for their new-born.
Many tests prove that the performances of this well-designed foam recycling system are better than other foreign ones. In one of the test that we did in China, we mixed 25% recycled material with the new one. It prove that this ratio will not affect the quality of the products.
